Our goal at Paramount Studio Tour Hollywood is to welcome all guests by helping to create an appropriately accessible environment wherever reasonably possible.
If you or a member of your group has questions or concerns regarding accessibility or need special assistance, please contact us in advance of your visit so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please note that the standard Paramount Studio Tour is a combination cart and walking tour. You may book a standard Walking Tour Ticket and you and your guests will be accommodated with a non-cart “walking” tour where individuals with disabilities or limited mobility may use their personal mobility device to take the tour and your guests can walk along.
The number of Paramount Studio Tour tickets of all types is limited each day. Please contact the Guest Relations Team at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour so that we can make the arrangements for you.
American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters
Paramount is pleased to provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters to our Studio Tour guests upon advance request. If you or someone in your party needs or prefers an ASL interpreter, please contact the Guest Relations Team at least 96 hours before your scheduled tour so that we can make the arrangements for you.
Persons with disabilities are welcome to bring a trained Service Dog (including a Guide Dog or Signal Dog) on our Studio Tours. Please contact the Guest Relations Team prior to your arrival to let us know that you will be bringing a qualified Service Dog with you. Other types of animals and pets are not permitted.
